Returns & Exchange

At Trailed, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and tags and valid proof of purchase. Please contact us through our Customer Support page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) before shipping your product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted on products after thirty (30) days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, you may exchange it within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for another Trailed product. Please contact us through our Customer Support page with your order number and the item you would like to exchange to obtain an RMA before shipping your product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No exchanges will be accepted on products after thirty (30) days. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our Customer Support page within thirty (30) days from product delivery. We will either repair or replace the item at our sole discretion.

Incorrect orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us through our Customer Support page as soon as possible though no later than thirty (30) days from the product delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, AND ANY OTHER CHARGES ON RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS. YOU BEAR THE RISK OF LOSS DURING SHIPMENT. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU FULLY INSURE YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE AND THAT YOU USE A CARRIER THAT CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
